13 Year Old Daughter Anger Management Issues?
my friend’s daughter is 13 and she is extremely emotional and has a mentality that everyone is out to get her. (she hasn’t had her period and isn’t going to.)
what are some ways to control her anger?
sometimes, it results to throwing things and hitting/slapping her parents. she also yells “IM GONNA CALL SOCIAL WORKERS!!” all the time when my friend does not use any punishment except lecturing.

(she hasn’t had her period and isn’t going to.)
p.s. its those darn teens years….
^ what does that mean?? *confused* but anyways the only advice I have is to take her to a therepist : / i know its not the answer u want but i think its the best solution : / good luck (2 ur friend)
She may have experienced something bad that her parents may have looked over. She may have felt that they overlooked her feelings, weren’t paying attention to her, didn’t love her, etc. When I feel like my parents have done something wrong, I don’t normally tell them because they’ll get defensive….. I’ll just turn it into anger, and yell at them about irrelevant things. A lecture will not work if there is a deeper problem.
she is a product of her environment. Your friend needs to start looking to find help, maybe family counseling, or someone to view what goes on in the home and tell them where they are going wrong. Why isnt she going to get her period? Does she have some kind of disorder, or disability?
Maybe a therapist.
You know, its probably just stress thats making her so mad.
I feel bad for the parents. But maybe they just need to let someone else watch her so they may handle her in a better way
Lecturing alone seems to have proven itself to be pretty ineffectual.
Now why wont she get her period? That seems odd. One way is to call a doctor or psychiatrist.
Puberty.
Talk to her doctor. He/she will know what to do.
bring her to a phyciatrist she needs someone to talk to and she isnt getting that now for what ever reason.
