Advice For My Cousin She Wants Her And Her Fiance To Go To Anger Management?

So far they’ve gotten into 2 fights (like physical) but she goes after him first (only when their drunk this has happened). Now shes had anger issues in the past and he does from constantly being surrounded by friends who dump on him (i’ve witnessed these jerks) and he never says anything (hes a huge pushover ive used him for rides, money, etc.) But other than those 2 fights their really happy. I told her anger management and counseling (an a bit less dark liquor) would help but I want some help from you guys.
