Advice on stress management when working in a group.?

I would like advice on how to manage stress within a group. Specifically, how and when to vent, and any tips or advice on how to keep yourself from impulsively wanting to vent frustration despite knowing it’s best to be patient.

Thanks!

If you know that you are working at or near your potential and are truly satisfied with your personal contribution to the group, then you need not be stressed. You can extract self satisfaction from your work if you are personally satisfied with your contribution.

Problems occur if you are not contributing as you should and you know it. It may seem that lower achievement goals and implementation would lead to less stress, but the opposite is true.

So, your stress level is reduced as your diligence in achieving your potential increases.
