Am I setting myself up for failure by having too many goals at once?
I want to lose weight, make over my appearance, set a general career path for myself and get a job, improve my marriage, get over my shyness and lack of self-confidence and get out of debt. I’ve decided that I want to start trying to accomplish all of those things starting tomorrow. Do I need to let some of those go by the wayside at least temporarily?

No, all you have to do is take steps by steps on them each. Little steps. If you REALLY want to do this, set it in a journal. Label them and put in what you do daily to improve each. That might REALLY help!! I suggest it! <3
No. Nothing you mentioned conflicts with anything else in your list. Plus, some of those goals are specific, and they’re subsets of your goals that are more general. And actually, if you let just ONE of those goals slide, it’s going to poison all the other accomplishments.
sounds to me like you know what your talking about and shouldn’t need confirmation from strangers. but yes, slow down, the way to accomplish goals is to set small ones then work your way up. that way you build confidence as you go along. set short term goals first, accomplish and gradually move to long term.
i think you know you have too much on your plate.
No some of these things go hand in hand, loosing weight will help your appearance. Getting a job doing something you like is setting a career path and doing all of his may improve your marriage. The appearance thing will also help with the self confidence and the job will help with the debt.
Yes. Unfortunately, I’ve been in your predicament before. Take it one step at a time or one goal at a time. Focus all your energy into one goal, it’s easier to accomplish this way. Once you’ve achieved it then move on to the next goal. You can achiever all your goals. Just make sure you have your priorities in order. Start with the one that’s most important and work your way down from there. Good luck!
