Physiology and Emotion are closely linked. So when you are emotionally stressed, your body stresses too. De-stressing your body can help to calm your mind. A good way to do this is to tighten the muscles in your feet for 4-5 seconds. Then release the muscles. Move up to the calves, thighs, buttocks, back, shoulders, arms, and lastly the hands. Make sure to give 4-5 seconds per section and go in that order. As you release your muscles, you will feel the tension leave you as well. This method serves two purposes: It physically calms you, and it gives you a moment to pause without reflecting on what made you angry (your focus is elsewhere). Once you are done, you should feel more calm. Good luck

anger management is socialist liberalspeak for you must not have standards or make judgments, you get angry because things are not as you would like them or someone does something offensive, that (according to liberal philosophy) is unfair on the person you are “imposing ” your judgment on as , heaven forbid , they might not have the same standards as you, get angry but keep it to yourself, don’t show it, be sarcastic or humorous, keep your standards

Try asking to your self questions or try asking questions to the person is getting you mad. There is an answer for any incident/discussion. It sounds really simple but it’s hard and time consuming. You will learn how to control your reactions/emotions and you will understand the way people thinks (different point of views).
