first u need to sit and decide what is really causing the anger????
somethings are out of Ur control
and if the anger is coming from something that is out of Ur control.. u need to let it go..or get away from it
if it is a job.. look for another one ..if it is a person.. then u could have what is called displaced anger..
and it is not anger.. but anxiety..
if it is anxiety.. then u need to go to counseling and find out why..??/ if it is cheating? then It is mostly likely Ur woman’s interwision talking to u..
and u are correct… about what u are thinking.. u just can’t prove it.. so u continue to tolerate it..
good luck

Thubten Chodron’s Book: ‘Working With Anger’ gives a fresh perspective on how to cultivate Patience-which is the antidote to Anger. A definition she gives to Patience is this:
the ability to remain internally calm and undisturbed in the face of harm and difficulties in life. An excellent book for cultivating Patience and Calmness in ones life.
Hope this helps, some.

Do math equations in your head. It will take away from the emotional side of your brain and cause you to calm down.

Consider taking an anger management class. Look it up in the phone book. They really do help a lot of people and teach you how to cope in this crazy world.
