Any idea’s on how to break bad time management habits?
Hi, I am a student in the UK, and looking into changing my study time habits. Any idea’s on how to make an effective and permanent transition from procrastination to effective time management.
Obviously I realize it is going to take time and a considerable effort, and that there are no ‘quick fix’ solutions to building successful and correct habits but any tips will be vastly appreciated.
Anything will do.
Any personal experiences?
Any helpful hints?
