Hi Shanon,
I think 1st of all you need to believe in yourself that you can manage anything, anytime, anywhere. No problem is big for you. Then start taking things with full confidence. It will do for you…
enjoy and all the best.
( Always think,”Yes I can do it” and you will!)

I know how you feel. Usually when I feel overwhelmed I get disorganized. But life is more than being in control of everything. Take good care of yourself right now, and find some ways to reach out for love and play time. There are alot of planning tools, like a calendar, lists, but you have to do them and then do whats on them, I suggest you find ways to include others in your tasks, and delegate some of these things for awhile until you have the energy to take it all on. I hope this helps even though I didnt really answer your question. :)

what works for me may be of help for you, you could see it as the best gift for your best friend , i make time as soon as my bills come in to pay them but with the help of pc i fix the date of payment and write it on the envelope and put it in the box paid. For keeping the room nice, i tell myself that someone i care for will come in my house and complements me how nice i keep it. Meals when i talk to friends i try to know what they make and write it down in an agenda, so after a year i can consult my book and see what is available and what did i like a year ago or by looking at the weekly cooking show i get some thoughts for nice meals. I make my shopping once a week for the basic shopping’s and write it down as soon as i think of something nice. Today fish and mash with salad. I fix my bill on the wall so i see what i got still available from my last shopping.

When a bill comes in, I open the envelope, note the due date with a pen on the outside lower corner of the envelope, then put it under my monitor. As they pile up, I keep them ordered by date so I don’t get behind. Each time I sit down to pay bills online, I pay all of them that are there (I do this about once a week). If they’re not due yet, I schedule the payments online for when I want them to be paid. That way, I’m never late.
I don’t plan meals, so can’t help you there…when going about my day and chores, I always carry a traditional wind-up timer with me. I do things in increments of 15 minutes per room. That way, everything gets done, but I don’t get bored of each thing and don’t hurt myself by repetitive stress of doing the same thing for prolonged periods. I use a to-do list as my guide, with stars next to the most important things. It’s very satisfying to cross things off the list!

Make a check list and place it on your refrigerator or some place that you always pass by in your house or office or if you’re on the computer most of the time make a check list there.

I have just installed quicken on my computer and it is awesome for budgeting! To get meals planned do it in a 7 day planner and this will help. Good Luck

start with the most important one then work your way down.
