my dad has that problem. he went to a doctor or whatever and they prescribed him some medicine that keeps him calm for 24 hours, and i worked so good, we called it his “happy pill” because he would never yell at us or anything. but if you dont want to do that maybe you should find something that can get your mind off your anger such as music, get an mp3 player and listen to your music loud when your mad, thats what i do and it really helps because it blocks out everything, especially if you close your eyes. its sort of like meditation to me.

when I worked in a group home we told the girls when they were really upset about something, instead of yelling at a person or hitting someone yell and scream into a pillow, and punch the pillow. That way, you get your frustrations out without causing harm…well..to a person at least :)
You could always try anger management therapy…

well, i think running is a good one, i do not run when im mad, i run when im sad, i ussually dont get mad, but running is a good one, but not at the gym, outside, but as i said, im never mad, its hard to get me mad, it has to be something really strong to make me mad.

Find ways to get rid of the anger. I like to run at the gym.

I punch a pillow and throw it around to get my anger out. Punching bags work well too if you own one. after that take deep breaths and focus on whats making you angry and if its really worth all the anger.
