Are goals suppose to be achieved with only the effort that you put into it, or signals that threaten you..?

should be listen to and I should quit? How “easy” is it for achieving goals? Easy I mean, that you follow a plan and everything works accordingly as long as you work hard at it. But if there are OTHER signs that keep dragging you down, does that mean to quit?

Please I really need advice I determining if the goal I set myself is worth continuing. Thanks

No matter what you do through life, there is always going to be something working against you. Nothing comes easy, and Nothing with ever come easy. Just keep at your goals until they are achieved, then make another.

baby steps work wonders…..instead of I want to lose 40 pounds, I will lose 10…..then when achieved, I will set another goal of 10. 10 pounds is easier to attain than 40 pounds..

Easy goals don’t require very much from you, so there is nothing to learn and not much satisfaction in accomplishing them. While goals should be realistic, they should at the same time be “big” enough to challenge you to stretch and develop new skills and abilities.

While we can accomplish some goals on our own, few of us have everything that it takes to pursue larger goals worth pursuing. This means learning to manage projects, choosing the right people to be on your team if you can, and learning to work with the people that you have. As you go through life, these are very important skills to have.

Barriers and drags are a part of life. You can bail out or try to work around them. Any signs that drag you down should be an opportunity for you to problem-solve to work around that drag. If something doesn’t work this way, then try doing it that way. Get advice from people you respect. If after you do everything you can and it still doesn’t work, then maybe the goal wasn’t realistic at this time. (It doesn’t mean that it couldn’t be realistic at another time.)
