Are you aware of any good, free personality /self discovery tests online?

I am very into self-improvement & self-discovery as a way to better myself and was hoping to locate some professional type, online tests.
(Free of course)

Testing such as: emotional I.Q., relationship Q & A and personality indicator tests.
