I think in a few thousand years. Maybe from the year 7,000 and upward organized religion will be almost non-existent.

The answer to your question is in the Book of Revelation chapter five. It Celebrates the end of Grace, which is of the Church period, to be followed by the One Hundred Forty Four thousand, twelve thousand of each of the tribes of the children of Israel. All the believers of the promise and those who believed in the Grace of God have all been born into the heavens by the returning Christ. If you miss that, it just may be too late for you, for during the next seven years you will experience peace followed by the most destructive events of history. While there is still Grace, I suggest you find it. When the 144 thousand are released, they will preach to those who have never had the chance before, but you live in a time there is opportunity, if you fail to believe under Grace, you may never have another opportunity.

Religion will die eventually. Because religion or being religious is doing something repetitiously. Now spirituality may be what you’re thinking of. And that will never totally die out because some people believe in the bible and the gospel and its a faith that can never truly be lost.

There are more non-denominational churches today than denominational. There are over 500,000,000 evangelical Christians world wide today, and growing.

2150.
Both Christianity and Islam will be dead by then.
The other religions make less claims of immutability, and they can evolve to suit the times, so I give them a better prognosis.

Somewhere around 350 A.D.
One of the Roman Emperors ordered wooden cages built to enclose people’s heads, so that the Eucharist could be forced into their mouths against their will.

There will always be an apostasy-type church until the world gets its just desserts.
Anyway, it is the Word of God that is eternal.
