Leo Buscaglia’s had some pretty motivational stuff. you probably can find some of his work online.
I highly recommend a lovely little book called The Knight in Rusty Armor by Robert Fisher. It is only about 87 pages long. Written in the form of a fairy tale. And it will really change your life. I think I have probably given away about 25 copies as gifts.
