Can Meditation Be Used As Anger Management?

I’ve got some anger management issues, but don’t have the time or money for therapy. Will meditating regularly help my anger at all?

I don’t think it is possible to be angry and delighted at the same time.
So i think meditating helps with anger management.

well, for some people it works, but sometimes it wont.
ex.-getting high for some people doesn’t make them calm down if they’re mad.
but, try it and see. if not you can always do what the other answer says and have sex. i heard it calms you down a little bit.

Yes it does work. I reccommend Yoga classes. It teaches meditation, breathing exercises, and stretching exercises.

It can help and you should do it anyway, but therapy is better for specific problems like that.
