Could my lack of motivation to work out be psycological?

I don’t have enough motivation to get my fat ass up and work out and I’m sick of it. I always tell myself I can start tomorrow but I end up telling myself that every day. Could this be a psycological problem? Why can’t I just get myself to workout?

if other ppl at work are sayin things like ‘this job is crap’ or ‘i just wanna go home’. then these sayins will program into your brain. sub-conciously u will feel the same. work comes before play. everyone has their own contribution to make. do wot u can, ‘stay strong’.
