Remember the company has to see how you can benefit it or you won’t be around to benefit from it

I am not going to write out an answer for you. But I assume that you are applying for a job and this is one of the questions that you expect will be asked. First I would suggest that you list the reasons why you applied for the job and then ask yourself if you did the right thing. Do you know anything about the company. What they do. How long they have been around. Is this the kind of company you want to work for long term or is it only a stepping stone to another job. These are only some suggestions on how to approach this kind of question. Good luck to you.
