Do I Have An Anger Management Problem?
Everyone says I do.
I get angry a lot and I have a lot of anger in me that I don’t really let out. I sometimes thin thoughts of beating in someone’s head with a pipe and watching them bleed. But I can’t attack someone physically unless we are like boyfriend & girlfriend. I yell at my family and I get so angry when people don’t have the common sense to do something. When I’m drunk I throw things when I’m mad and I will hit and a lot more. I sometimes twitch from holding the anger in. I will hit things.

Hmm, I would agree with everyone else. You had better do something soon before your head explodes or you get your hands on that pipe. I imagine jail isn’t the best treatment for an anger management issue.
Twitching – yeah, never a good sign – therapy, therapy, therapy…did I say therapy? Seriously though – if you mean this post – you need to get some help. Not only is it a bit harzardous to be around you if you are angry but it sounds like physically you aren’t helping yourself so much if you get so angry that you have physical symptoms. Good luck.
Well it does sound like your anger could be managed in a better way then some of the things you’ve listed.
One thing i’ve always told myself when dealing with anger is that no one can actually make me angry. Because if i allow someone to make me angry i’m letting other people control my emotions.
Dunno if that helps but that’s how i look at it.
Really there’s nothing wrong with having a bit of a temper as long as you’re not hurting people or yourself or being problematic. If you find yourself doing those things you may want to consider looking into some anger management classes. You know yourself better than anyone else so don’t let me speak for you, but that’s my advice.
You need to get on anxiety meds
