Lol, some people just have what they call Pet Peves. I dont know how its spelled, but it refers to things that irritate people the most, and maybe even more than others. For example, I get incredibly anger when people step on the back of my feet when they’re walking behind me, it gets me so angry for some reason… And other things like spilling a glass of soda, or messing up on a video game.
This isn’t the best sollution, but I have a habit of punching things like the wall or anything hard. It helps, but I have badly bruised my knuckles sometimes…..
Find something to let out your anger on, or do some sort of meditation. WATCH SPONGEBOB it will make you laugh and you can forget all about it =D.
i suggest that you get a punching toy and keep it at home.. it’s a normal and most commonly known method of stress relief.. it’s not that there is something wrong with you – i too noticed that there is an increase in the number of stupid people these days – it’s just the violence with live human beings is not an option.. all of us have to behave in a civilized way when in public.. and in case it gets under your skin, you can let it all out at home.
When you punch someone to get your anger out, do you need to do it again or do you want to do it again?
I don’t think you have anger-management problems..you’re still young. Could be hormones.
If this problem has been like this for a while, then you might wanna talk to a doctor/parent/sibling/friend about it or something.
