Not specifically, in my experience as a police officer and trainer for over 10 years.
The best I have seen is a course called “Verbal Judo” that teaches conflict resolution and ways to prevent confrontations from escalating.
It is always an underlying topic in most training, but I have not taken or taught a specific “anger management” class, but from some of the officers I’ve encountered and the dash cam videos I’ve reviewed, it may not be a bad idea to start it.

It depends on where they are working and where they are trained.
It would benefit any police officer to undertake anger management……can you imagine they things they encounter everyday?
My brother was a police officer for 5 years and it’s incredible the toll it takes on some.
They should all be given medals of honor!

At my dept CIT training is a staple. at the academy.
Each year there is a minimum of 40 hours refresher.
