Does anybody know what mental disorders would result from self-esteem improvement programs in schools?

i.e. are there any kinds of specific disorders resulting from kids being placed in self esteem improvement programs in the american educational system?

Probably there are quite a few disorders which would qualify someone for it. Right off an inferiority complex comes to mind.
