If you drink alcohol, there will be no managing anger,as drinking releases inhibitions, also good judgement.

Certainly keeps me calm and mellow.
But if you are an “angry drunk”, you wouldn’t want more than 1-2 glasses at a time.
But 1-2 drinks a day is nice, and good and healthy for most people—as long as you don’t have other addiction/medical issues.
Red wine is definitely heart healthy.

Well all alcohol is a depressant, so I guess in theory that might make you more mellow. But if some one already has an anger management problem, consuming alcohol is only going to make it worse. Relying on any drugs or alcohol as a way to change something about your personality is just a bad idea…any ways i think that pot would make you more relaxed than wine…

LOL! No, shouldn’t think so. Red wine especially I’ve noticed with myself and others usually makes one quite emotional… overly so.

Theory has it that alcohol can cause anger reactions in drinkers, especially men.

No. Booze won’t help with anger issues.
