Comments on Does The Us Constitution Or Il Constitution Set Forth Educational Goals?
the federal conztitution makes NO mention of education and therefore that power is the responsibility of the states. The Dept of Educatilon and the NCLB laws are unconstitutional!!!
US constitution doesn’t mention education. However, if a state wants federal education money, they have to comply with the federal guidelines (NCLB). So state guidelines have to AT MINIMUM follow the federal, though they are free to do more. I’ve no idea about IL’s constitution, but I’m assuming that if it’s one or the other, then IL must be the answer. I don’t have a clue what a healthful government is. Does that mean that the representatives have to pass a physical to serve?
