5. Focus on the expectations
Start with and focus on the #1 aspect you chose and the #1 expectation within it. Remind yourself daily of the expectation(s) you are working on! Don’t work on more than 2 at a time.
As you do this, you’ll notice that the aspect you’re working on in your “I am this” list will move up – and that’s what you want! You want your “I am this” list to match your “I am becoming list” – once you’ve done this – and be truthful with yourself – you can rename the latter to “I have become.”
