Good Ways To Increase Your Self Esteem/get Out Of Depression?

It seems like I’ve lost all of my self esteem and I feel pretty down all of the time. I’ve made some bad choices and done some stupid things and it just feels like I’m sinking lower and lower everyday. I know most people will probably say that I’m just going through a phase of being sad or something, but this has been going on for about 8 months now.
Could you guys please give me some tips to feel better about myself and get out of this depression mode?

8 Ways to increase Sefl Esteem:
As we live in this life from time to time we will commit a mistake. We may hurt others we love or we do stupid thing that will embarrass ourselves.
1). What ever it is the only key is to FORGIVE and ASK FORGIVENESS then FORGET. Ask forgiveness to whom you did commit a mistake. Also forgive yourself from doing those stupid things you’ve done. Then Forget about it, but not the lesson that it gives you. This lesson help you avoid committing the same mistake in the future.
2). Losing of self esteem is the result of thinking about yourself negatively. So if you want to gain self esteem it is very clear that doing the opposite is the solution. Think of your goodness to others. Think of your success. Think of what you are good at and reward it to yourself.
3). Don’t make your mind idol. An idol mind is a very dangerous mind. Idol thought will destroy other or it might destroy you. It will make you think on how bad other treat you , and think on how bad you are although in reality it is not true.
Also remember this that you can not please everybody. Whether how good you are to others someone will never ever likes you.
4). Make yourself busy.
Anything like having a hubby. Find an organization that can help to you think positively. Helping others is a good way of expressing your self to others.
5). Start doing smaller things that you know better. This will give you confidence in yourself then gradually increase it into the harder ones.
6). Exercise also drive your thoughts away from the negative.
7). Have also a proper physical hygein.
8). And lastly but not the least Pray to God that he will help you to think positively. Those thing that are worth while to think about yourself. Ask Him to let you see what is Goodness inside you.

Not so the likely! Depression is here just like yesterday’s newspaper. Only when this controls your everyday routines we can say its a nasty item. otherwise depression is harmless and not the awful sounding condition in which humans have suicidal tendencies. Without depression we would be like a bunch of egotistical maniacs, and a few off-limited nincompoops. Consider depression as a tool in finding where you left the keys to your car.

Exercise,eat right and do volunteer work. Depression hates to be around positive busy people. Say no to depression and yes to feeling good. That’s it do it! Wow! you got what it takes to kick depression’s butt.

REmind yourself that you are just as valuable today as you were the day you were born…God don’t make junk….oh and to get out of a depression try sunshine and gardening that helps me…if you don’t like flowers try a pet.

Force yourself into some physical activity. I go running everyday and it has really helped me out of a really bad depression. Even a walk in the park everyday may help.

Throw yourself into some work – you’ll not only take your mind off things, you’ll also feel better about accomplishing things and may even end up with some good stuff at the end (at a minimum, more money).
