It’s similar to Hypnotherapy, it only helps if you want it to help. You have to want to believe what you are doing is a mask to protect yourself from harm. Issues need to be dealt with to overcome the insecurities for which have helped to a point in the past. However, they WILL only help to a point, then the anger starts affecting other things in your life, and once you let it get out of control, it will not stop until you let it stop and start accepting the fears in which you were protecting in the first place. This is only one facet. I’m sure there are many others. Hope this helps…..
No, because we have no anger management course in our country.
I think this course will help a lot because the organizers and the facilitators are all professionally-trained in this field.
I quietly manage my own anger by ventilating it to my friends. Still, in spite of that, I find that the anger persists.
So, I usually go to church and pray – “Lord, forgive me. I can’t control my anger. Please help me. Control this anger for me because I might bcome violent and I might do something which I might repent later. Give peace to my mind. Please wipe away this boiling anger inside me. Lord, I’ll step aside and will let you fight this battle for me. AMEN”.
Stepping outside the church, my mind is at peace.
Take a chance of ruining my persona, brat? No, no, no! Jack Nicholson.
NO!!!!
