How Can A Person Change To Try To Have A More Positive Attitude And Not Be So Negative?
Believe it or not this works:
Every morning you wake up, and you can actively decide whether you’re going to be in a good mood or a bad mood. Simply decide, before your feet hit the floor, that you’re going to be in a good mood that day, and follow through.
I dear friend of mine taught me that around 15 years ago, and I cannot tell you how much it changed my life for the better.
Try it…it really worked for me.
