How Can A Person Set Their Mind To Commit To Their Goals?

Start with a short-term goal first and set out steps on how to do it.
Try to complete it and don’t begin other goals until you finish your first one. Concentrate on completing the whole goal. Don’t procrastinate that much and don’t get distracted. :)

Commit to short term goals first. When you achieve them, then commit to long term goals.
I’m going to give you a stupid example :)
Say you want to learn Italian
Step 1
Take 4 Italian classes a week for an hour
Step 2
Practice it with an Italian person you know. (If you know an Italian person)
Step 3
Get Rosetta Stone or something of that kind.
Step 4
Take a couple of Italian cooking classes
Voila, you now know Italian. :)

1. Write a list of what you want to accomplish. 2. Break it down into doable stages.
3. Set a time goal for each stage.
4. Share your goal list with at least one friend.
5. Start at number one on the list and keep working down the list.
6. Update your friend each week on what you have accomplished.
7. Revise your goals or time line only when absolutely necessary
