How Can I Control My Anger Management?
I have anger management and whenever I’m doing something important and someone bothers me i throw a fit. Can i get some advice

meditation, exercise, meditation. try to stay away from caffeine and red meat. this will all lower your blood pressure so your less likely to get mad easily. meditation will help give you patience and disapline your mind so you’ll be able to control your anger more easily.

Uhh. No one rly knows this about me but… I have anger issues too… I go off on someone for rly no reason… I try to stay calm and when i start to get mad i will turn of a sothing song and lay down.
