How can I get motivation to become all I want to be?
I set goals, time and time again, and they last a week at most. Its not that hard. I just want to exercise, keep my stuff tidy, and get up early enough to have my hair brushed and look nice by the time I leave the house.

Pray first.
Start a fresh everyday sleep good at night and have a good balance in your diet.
prozac or lexapro can help wth your self asteem.
maybe set bigger goals, like where do you want to be in 10 years? What kind of job do you want? If you see these little goals as a way to get a bigger goal, maybe that will make the day to day easier.
Theres a reason why you want to do these things, right?
When I set a goal its because it will make my life easier, better, and I am worth the time it takes to do all these things.
lol praying ain’t got nothing to do with it!
perhaps reward yourself if you stick to it for say a week consistently.
set your alarm!!!!!! thats obvious. although i’m the same, i’ll set it and unless the reason i’m getting up is super important i’ll just ignore it if i feel like i’m not done sleeping yet.
like this morning, i set my alarm to put the bins out for collection and then couldn’t be bothered. they were only half full anyways.
also for getting up early, go to bed earlier, don’t stay up so late!
the exercise one, just take it one step at a time. and maybe find your ultimate goal outfit (that is if you are trying to lose weight) and post a picture of it up on your wall.
Join the army, because in their ad it says “be all you can be”.
Or was it the Navy? I forgot.
