You are kdding right? For example; the night before your speech something happens that saddens or hurts you, when you show up the following day to give your speech are you feeling positive? Probably not> Put another way do you watch television? Do you think Johnny Carson for 40 years had visual aides to help him stay positive during some tumultous times just so he can make his fans laugh and show “joe public” a positive attitude every single night ? No, he did not, that’s why they call it acting? Practice acting out your speeches at home in front fo the mirror so you can see yourself. Believe in your material and you will be fine. Lie about your material and I guarantee people will see through your false positve image and know you are full of bologna.
