Well the small things really do help, so,
-Get a binder
-Get binder dividers (with each class written on a tab)
(keeping class work separated will help you stay organized)
-take good notes in class with headings on the subject and dates.
-meet all of your teachers (they will be more willing to help you if you miss school)
-keep a calender or a schedule book where you can write down the homework for each class every day.
-Do all of the homework
-Pay attention in class (this way you can do the homework)
That is what I do and I have a 4.0 (I am a senior in high school and I’m graduating this June)
I hope this helps. :D

use binders and notebook.
If one of your course require alot of note-taking, use a notebook, becase line sheet of paper can get all over the place
then buy those 3 hole binder for each courses to put in any worksheets you may have
And buy 2 folders, one for homework, and one for assignment, so you dont need to bring those big bulky binders home each day, you can put it in your locker.

Serperate folders and books. When you dont with your assisgnments and papers put them in the correct folder/book it should be in.Get a planner book to make when assignments are do.Throw away what it not needed so you wont get cluttered.I did all of this.lol
