You tell your immediate supervisor about your problem, and that you want help. You will more than likely be referred to the proper offices.
Following the chain of command is of utmost importance in cases like this. You absolutely need the paper trail to prove that you recognize a problem in yourself, and that you sought help.
If nothing else works …when you feel like you’re about to get mad, just take a DEEP BREATH ! turn around go out for 30 minutes (a walk) ..afterwards come back to the house.
Uh….you’re in the Army, what are you so angry about?
Talk to a chaplain, I suppose, and if they can’t help, go see the wizards down at psych to have some voodoo worked on your Brain Housing Group or something.
FAP (Family Advocacy Program) has anger management programs, also your chaplin would be a good choice
Community Mental Health, locate your nearest office.
