How Do I Help My Anger Management Problems?
i have an anger management problem and i really dont want to go c a psychiatrist and stress balls dont help ive broken at least 2 any suggestions?

Stress is only going around the issue and not confronting it. Anxiety is fear, and anger is fear, a common irrational event and sometimes gets our butts in trouble! Immaturity is the behavior we see when frustration gets in the way. What makes the situation so important that you must get angry? Self-performance is also a behavioral issue, you do not owe your parents anything only respect, go ahead and tell them you are mighty pissed at them for not viewing you as an important person also.
There may be an Anger Management course run near you, in a community centre, rather than a regular educational institution.
If you joined a group, you would get support from your facilitator and the participants would help support each other too.
Try to find out from your nearest active community centre.

Well, your anger might stem from you being a ****.(And short)
It could be that you are angry at yourself because you can’t stop being a loser.
It may arise from an underlying feeling that you are being ignored.
Or you might be on the wrong diet or get pissed all the time.
Whatever it is, please be angry in your bedroom and stop bothering us, you tiresome little narcissistic gonk because you are making us all angry.
i have the same porb i had it that bad i had to get help at the end bt what i fot was good was a punch bag it tock my anger away try a punch bag and if that dose not work get back to me ok
What do you like? Do you like lemonade, a game of backgammon, and a back massage? That’s the way to go about it.
Also, make sure you have proper rest and drink water.
I got a slight anger problem, what I do is just think “ahh well what can ya do about it?” then think “o well, just get on with life”.

Find and locate anger management classes, courses and support groups in your area..A lot of people benefit from those also..
