How Do I Reach My Goals And Discipline Myself Better?

I have tried to get a gym schedule going and start a routine at my gym so I can loose some weight but everytime I get going I feel like I slip right back into my old habits. I find that i really do lack discipline and I don’t know how to fix it. BecAuse I have reached very few of the important goals I set for myself. Any suggestions??

try drinking alot of water and eat healthy that helps and try to make yourself workout but have fun like play some sport you like playing that will help you discipline yourself

Sometimes you have to learn to focus on your goals, you have to love it so you won’t feel tired of doing it. If it is hard for you then take your time don’t be in a rash until you get hold of it, for the more you push yourself harder it might take a negative effect on you, don’t be discourage easily just enjoy what you are doing and you find it easy for you to reach your goal.

In my non-expert opinion get a gym buddy. They will help push you to your limit and make sure you dont slack.
