How Do I Train My Brain To Have A More Organized Way Of Thinking?
I can think, speak and write quite well
but
the way i think is unorganised
causing me to get
people to understand my points
quite late.
1)What should i do to upgrade/organize my thoughts?
2)I’ve read that Aristotle thought Alexander the Great on organized thinking.Do you know any of his methods of tutoring Alexander?

honestly. i have ADD and ADHD and its hard for me to focus. oddly enough i smoke a lil from time to time and well smoking (not cigarettes) helps me focus. and slows me down a lil bit enough to focus on what im doin. I am not promoting smoking as for its illegal (but one day won’t be!) and (supposedly) bad for your health. but if you do smoke, try managing your smoking habits. if you don’t then DO NOT START!…lol…..
but for a more legal way, ginkoa biloba and ginseng are good ways to help the memory. rosemary, basil and mint are good for mental clarity. also, fish (real not artificial) isn’t called brain food for a reason. things like junk food cloud your mind, so try more green, yellow and orange veggies. now these herbs work better fresh, obviously. i wouldnt just go to a grocer market and get your typical spices. i would go to a health store (GNC, etc).
try to challenge your mind everyday. buy a crossword or puzzle book and commit to doing a few (complete them) a day. personally i like Soduku. very challenging!
