How Do You Create Or Bring About Keeping An Attitude Of Positive Energy?
I intend to always stay positive, but I am always confronted with hurdles. what do you do to survive if you are constantly being knocked down.

Great question, You really just have to get through the tough times, and tell yourself it’s not going to bother you.
If your staying postive most of the time, your doing great, I’m trying the same thing, I carry a smile whever I go and try to bring postive energy, but when I get knocked down, I cry it out, then move on, and tell myself I’m better than that.
I try to celebrate the little things. Open your eyes and notice the beauty of everything around you. Start small and really learn to feel grateful for the sunshine, the birds, the grass, being here. After I learned that it was easy to start noticing the good things in people and relationships, etc. Nobody is positive all the time though. “Negative” feelings can be constructive as well if you don’t react negatively from them.
We all fall down,but we get up.I would suggest that anytime you feel a hurdle in your path,pray about it!and some clarity will come to you. I would also as stated before,be around more positive and down to earth people.You are blessed my friend,truly blessed-so don’t intend to be positive,thats a negative word to me,because it means any little thing(them hurdles)will block your blessing! so be positive,even if those hurdles come your way! jump high enough to cross them and land safely on your feet. but if you fall down..get back up!!!
In our natural state, as humans, we’re passive rather than “positive”, so it’s not really likely that you’ll be able to maintain a constant state of happiness… but you CAN find a constant state of underlying contentment, so that even when you’re stressed or sad, you feel good about yourself and good about your life, so the surface problems don’t really have a powerful effect on you.
very good question, I have a few friends in my life, they all seem to struggle with lifes problems, I however seem to always be on a level plain, i’m always ok and possitive about life. the way i do this, i dont exactly know, but i’m sure it’s all about how i think. no one can escape problems, something can happen which makes you feel certain emotions, its the time it takes you to let go. so if i had a car accident which wasnt my fault, i would be annoyed for maybe 5 minutes, then i accept it, others it may effect them for hours days even weeks. it’s how long it takes you to accept what is happening to you and move on. then you will find yourself having time to enjoy other things
eliminate negative energy sources, and you will see the hurdles either disappear or become easier to deal with. surround yourself with people who feel the same way-simplier people-and only eat food that is (or was) alive and not processed-there is truth in “you are what you eat”!
you just have to keep on going. I have been knocked down with a very tragic child hood and it is not easy for me or my family but we keep going some of us are ok others are not. just think happy thoughts. try to never say ugly things about other people and try not to say or think bad things about yourself.
hmmm to survive….are you suicidal?
i just do freaky stuff (Dead bodies) and cry myself silly in the mirror works wonders to counter bad feelings
Surround yourself with “Positive People”.
