How Do You Deal With Anger Management Issues?

5

Lately I have been so angry at the world. I get angry over every little thing that goes wrong. I am very stressed out because we are about to move to another state, and we are currently looking for jobs. I am just scared that I won’t be able to get a job. All this stress is causing me to become angry with everyone around me, and I don’t know how to deal with it. Please help.

Why do people get angry when everyone else is in pain?
Do not focus on the past. Focus on the present and move towards the future. Be kind to everyone including your enemies. But, stay safe from the abusive ones. Think of nothing at all when you get angry and focus on the positive. Do not conform to others anger. Mourn when they mourn. Be joyous when they are joyous. Do not get angry when others get angry focus on your surroundings and clear your mind. Next, think of a positive thing you have to do in your own life.
You will feel better it takes practice.

You should look into doing some kind of Meditation. I use to get very angry over the simplest of things, when I felt like I was being attacked I had to attack back, but once I learned about Meditation and started to apply it to my daily routine my life began to change the anger with in me turned to love. Meditation will help you to learn to stay calm and focused in all situations.
As far as being scared that you won’t be able to find a job once you move, visualize yourself working at the job you would love to have, each night before you go to bed visualize your life as if it were a movie feel the joy that you get from having the perfect job then radiate that joy out to the universe.

its a normal phenomena.don’t worry it would pass off as soon as you settle in another place and make new friends.i’ve experienced it myself.you may have lots of friends where you are now.you may get a better job in your new place only thing is that you have to think positively.otherwise if you continue with your anger i’m sure you would not be accepted any where.watch comedy movies or cartoons.if that also does not help hit on a hard surface with your closed fist it helps (P.S it helps me a lot)

I would suggest you look into an Anger Management group or something of that sort. I mean that in the most respectful way possible.
