How Do You Find Out How A Company Is Organized?

3

I am doing a research paper on PepsiCo and need to know how the firm is organized. The sample paper we have to go by uses Black and Decker, and says it is organized as a subchapter C firm. Anyone know how I find out how PepsiCo is organized?

Write to Pepsico and ask for a copy of their financial statements. It will tell you all kinds of cool facts about the number two soda manufacturer.

…go to Pepsico’s website, look for Investor Relations or similar, and select the Annual Report.
The Annual Report will tell you everything about the company.
