hi i know what it’s like i’ve got a right anger issue going on, mine was trigger by a fight with burgulars at the beging of the year, and for a while i couldn’t control it.
you can get help off anyone you ask ring mind, nhs-direct, your gp, or you can always ask the police because they are preventing a crime by helping you lol. chin up it’s a body’s deffense system and no matter what there is a trigger and that will turn it off when you deal with it. good luck x
Go and see your local GP who will be able to either refer you to anger management classes or tell you where classes are and how to get onto a course. And WELL DONE for admitting that you have a problem and you need help to resolve it, you are half way there getting it sorted!!
drink a cold glass of water…..and also change ur position i.e if u r angry…if u r standing then sit down and if u r sitting down then lay down and if u r laying down then stand up…it will help in reducing ur anger
when someone pisses you off just picture some little pink fluffy poodles dancing on your lawn.
How very dare you!
Try going into your history and work out what it was that started the problem – I am sure you will find recurring events over time that set off your anger. Anger in itself is a normal response – the problem is how far YOU let it go. And that is the answer – it’s completely up to you how bad you let your anger/rage get. You’ve recognised you have a problem you are part way there. Find rules for yourself that you stick too when the situation arises. e.g.. deep breathing, counting under your breath, practising detachment, using humour, deflecting etc.
When you understand the cause you make the changes needed.
Take care
