First prioritize what is important to you for that day. Dont over whelm yourself. So the night before write down 5 things
1)wake up shower, teeth, hair, get dressed thats 18 min s.
2) make the bed. pick up clothing off floor.
3) Eat breakfast.
4) go to work ( if you work)
5) clean up kitchen. ( do dishes, wipe counters) set up coffee for morning. pack your lunch.
Then if you do this 5 days in a row you will form a habit. It will come natural to do each day.
Then incorporate more each day like exercize 15 mins.
you need to want to do it. Figure out why you feel that you have no time. There is 24 hrs in a day.
8 to sleep 16 hrs to do what ever needs to be done.
Now if you cannot do what needs to be done in 16 hrs then something is wrong. Re check your eatting habits. Do you eat fast foods, Do you consume tons of refined sugar? These things will drag you down. Eat fish veggies & fruit? Drink water. You will find you have more energy & more time. Good luck to you.

Why are you wasting time? You lack discipline….shame the draft was abolished. A little military discipline in time management would do you (and me) wonders. Write down what you need to do. Clump together those that go together (shower and brush & floss teeth). Get a timer that hangs around your neck, punch up 15 minutes and go do it. Earlier in the evening punch up 15 minutes and fold the laundry and put it away. Yes, some other time you’ll punch up 15 minutes and actually sort and start the washing machine. You can mess up inbetween those 15 minute cycles, but you’ll soon discover getting things done is more rewarding than sitting on your rear.

It’s all about self discipline, you need to stick to a program and see it through. Stop procrastinating about what ti is you suppose to do and just do it.

I totally agree with foxy, write a list and keep it up where you cannot miss it and then do it. No excuse.
