How Do You Keep A Positive Attitude When Everything Seems To Be Falling Apart?

I pray for a long time, until I cry.
So then I pray and cry at the same time, and I feel as if I have been washed. I feel so pure afterwards, that I could just take on the world.

If you are a believer then yes prayer will help. Just remember this is only one day in your life or a short spell. Look ahead and do what you can to change things but don’t let it get to you. God loves you to the point He gave His Son to die for you so just remember you are loved and someone really cares about you. Take things a step at a time, cheers.

I tell myself “this moment will pass” and “everything changes”. There is only one absolutely true thing about this world and that is that everything is always changing, nothing stays the same.
So no matter now low you go or what’s going on, soon it will be different. Soon you will be in a different place, with different people around you, different things on your mind.
I also tell myself that good comes from just about all negative experiences you go through. Mistakes are the most effective way of learning and tough experiences are the best way of making you stronger.
You are still alive and that is an amazing thing in itself. Pause and look around you and think about all the nice and beautiful things in the world. There are many beautiful and nice and caring people. There are many beautiful images for your eyes to feast upon. There are many beautiful sounds for your ears. There are many interesting things to stimulate your brain that you have never heard of.
You will not always feel how you feel now. People change too! And usually, with age they grow happier, because they are learning more about themselves, have made more mistakes and learnt from them and strengthened.
This is how I think, I hope that helps.

I try to see the good things in my life. I might be having a hard time at work (or whatever) but I know that I have my daughter and wife that love me and it makes things a little more bearable
