How Do You Obtain A Positive Attitude?

well, if you dont have any friends then you dont have to worry about them asking for money, if you dont have a gf you dont have to deal with her ****, or her asking you for money or telling you what to do and not to do and when to be home etc etc etc lol.. for real, the only thing i would even be lightweight frustrated with is finding a job.. in which case all you have to do is say” well when i do have a job im going to miss all this sleeping in im doing ” lol.

You don’t obtain a positive attitude, you have it! Or you don’t!

Don’t dwell on the negatives in your life, change your thinking to concentrate on the positives.

I found what helped me was giving back to others less fortunate. You have no idea the impact you can have on another person. Also, you gain esteem by doing esteem able acts. There is no magic pill, drink, or fix that will get you there but if you sign up to do volunteer and stick with you will feel a change. Get out of yourself and give back. Take contrary action, for example when you would rather stay isolated inside, do the opposite and get out! It will get better with hard work!
