just keep your goals on your mind, to keep them on your mind say them 3 times a day so you’ll never or get them, also make them achieve-able

I set realistic goals that are achievable and work from there. At the moment i am judging my weight loss with a tape measure because i am exercising mainly. the scale doesn’t help because i am gaining muscle as well as burning fat.
