How do you stop anger management during a physical basketball game?

I was playing basketball and it turned out to be the worst game ever for me i had been ejected for slamming the ball on the ground and the refs were callling every single thing on me. It was the most physical game i ever seen worse than street ball but this was a officiated game. What should i do to stop me during the game from getting ejected or cursing and all that? so that i can relax? or stop me fro me getting angry?

Start breathing.. inhaling and exhaling with such a force that you feel the anger rolling out of your body..

or focus all your anger and then exert all that force on the ball and go for the net.. this will calm you down..

start humming your fav song otherwise…

if you can then splash some water on your face..

Think of your girlfriend or the one you love while you feel like you’re beginning to get angry.. and think of the pleasant moments you had in life…
