Benefits of being organized:
-you find things easily
-you do your work on time and as a consequence people start to rely on you
-rarely forget what you have to do
-you always know where things are
-organizing makes every kind of work easy as you have predicted all possible results and the ‘surprise’ effect is gone
-as a whole it makes your life better
Disadvantages:
-you can develop perfectionism……which can be bad as you will feel really bad if things are not organized….but it’s rare
i live in an organised chaos, everything has reason – if i cant find it I’m not ment to – if it turns up it was good luck,
I’m happy to stuff my ‘mess’ into boxes but i would rather experience frustration and anger in my own actions rather than initiating that response in others.
If i knew where everything was things wouldn’t give me a spontaneous idea the screwed up bundle of cloth that connects patterns i wouldn’t of placed…
being organised is a different outlook on the world it has it’s place and point, it is not an obligation of perfection.
when your not organized, things sometimes are hrd to find. example: my room is junky, i lost my psp and neva found it, …for like a month until my mom found it in my dog’s mouth like a chew toy
.if you lose a THousand dollar check in a pile of unorganized pile of junk work papers…then you’ll know why being organized is worth the time.
