Go visit a Veterans Hospital.

You’ll see men with no legs, no arms, blind, and other things.

Now tell me about YOUR problems again?

You should really look into doing some kind of Meditation, it will help you to focus your mind and to relax the body, whenever you are getting frustrated for ex: when you were trying to fix the binder, just take a moment, take a few deep breathes, imagine you are breathing in a healing white light filling your entire body and then exhale dirty negative energy out through your mouth.

Change those negative thoughts into positive ones I find for ex: when I think negative thoughts my whole day seems to go bad, but when I change my negative thoughts to positive ones my day goes great.

Sometimes when I feel like killing someone, I do a little trick to calm myself down. I’ll go over to the persons house and ring the doorbell. When the person comes to the door, I’m gone, but you know what I’ve left on the porch? A jack-o-lantern with a knife stuck in the side of it’s head with a note that says “You.” After that I usually feel a lot better, and no harm done.
