Depending on the jurisdiction there might be a mandatory sentence.

Same as my cousin, 2 years in prison, 10 years on probation. spend $8,500.00 on the lawyer.

I hope it’s not you. This person is going to get some time. These are all felonies, I believe. So time is probably mandatory. The amount will depend on the state you are in. Look up the laws (they should be available online) and trace them to the appropriate sentencing guidelines. And pray that the judge is lenient.
