How Should I Make The Most Out Of My Days? Set Goals? Make List? I Feel My Days Wasting Away Not Accomplished?

This is an effective strategy that is so simple it tends to be forgotten.
On Monday morning, before you start make a list of 10 tasks
Tuesday make the list of ten again with the items that were not accomplished yesterday.
Continue this process till Friday.
If there is still stuff from Monday, forget them they weren’t that important.
