How To Build Self Confidence And Self Esteem?

2

I know of a few writting exercises for example: piece of paper.Draw a life down the middle. One side you write the things you say yourself that are negative. Like, I have a crooked chin for example. Then on the other side of the paper, you write something positive. In the end, the column with positive self talk will always be greater. Any other exercises you know or can share to boost self confidence and self esteem??

Boosting your self confidence and self esteem is a good idea.
Self esteem is believing in yourself and knowing what you can and can’t do.
However, there is something called ‘false self esteem’, which means you have false self confidence, which only makes matters worse. An example of false self esteem is bullying other people and thinking you’re better than everyone else.
Some good exercises for boosting your self esteem and self confidence is participating in a sport, for example karate, which is excellent at boosting self esteem.
Try checking at your local library, as they usually have some good books and stuff about self esteem.
