How To Control Anger Management Without Professional Help.?
I’ve been playing many video games lately, and when I can’t beat something, or the game is “cheating” I violently cuss it out, and start slamming things. I have broken laptops, controllers, gaming systems, chairs, and so on.. I don’t want to get into professional help, but this needs to stop as I’m getting into a lot of trouble.. Help?

Maybe try Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy or periodic relaxation techniques. A relaxation technique is to progressively tense up each muscle group for 10-15 seconds then relax it.

change your thoughts before you let yourself get angry.
example: your thinking about you loosing and your aboutt to get angry, therefore slamm your controller or watever. instead, think about whyy your getting madd and is it really worth itt.
